The MISSION of Women in Bioscience Conference is to:

- Promote NETWORKING among scientists at all levels
- Introduce women to the CAREER OPPORTUNITIES that exist in Bioscience
- Showcase positive ROLE MODELS and ACHIEVEMENTS of women scientists
